Our New System Project Management service is comprehensive and comprises the following:

A) A Consultant will meet with staff of your Company to identify what your requirements are, and to assist you to make preliminary decisions on which services and facilities would be beneficial.

B) Telcheck will draw up a specification and invitation to tender, when passed by you; this would be forwarded to at least six reputable Companies offering suitable solutions.

C) Based on the initial tender responses we would, in discussion with you, narrow the field down to three systems..

D) Telcheck will conduct price negotiation until we have reached a figure that represents excellent "Value for Money".

E) Telcheck will arrange and attend with you demonstrations of the systems and take up references on the short-listed suppliers and systems.

F) Telcheck will submit a report to you illustrating our suggested system, the facilities, costs and why it is our recommended option.

G) A Consultant will co-ordinate and oversee installation process to ensure that this is done with the minimum disruption to normal operation and that all equipment and facilities operate as intended

H) Telcheck will provide six months Consultancy support to tackle any teething problems and to ensure bills for BT. /Others are correct for any new or amended services.
